Dear Otter Parents and Students,

It is with great pleasure that I serve the Fergus Falls High School and community as the principal.  It is an honor to lead the school with a history of success in academics, athletics, and fine arts.  True growth and development come when you purposefully develop deep relationships with students, staff, parents, and your community.  Our goal is to make sure that ALL voices are heard which then enables our leaders within our high school to make the right decisions for our students and community to grow and develop into great leaders themselves.  The focus for FFHS is to make sure we develop a well rounded student who has had multiple opportunities to develop a sense of community, career and college pathway, and exposure off campus in job shadowing which will enable students to make the right choices for their future after high school.  As a learning community, we are committed to providing each and every student a rigorous education that challenges them to be their best selves today, tomorrow, and in their future.  Together we are better, and the more opportunities we can involve the whole Fergus Falls community, the better we will be as a school.

IT IS ALWAYS A GREAT DAY TO BE AN OTTER!!!

Mark Anderson

Fergus Falls High School Principal

As we begin to prepare for 2023-2024 registration with our 8th-11th grade students, we have some items we want to make sure that parents and students are aware of prior to registration.

In preparation for our new trimester schedule and the implementation of Otter Time, we will be having a registration night for both parents and students that are currently in grades 8-11. Parents and students will meet together with their assigned Otter Time teacher for the next school year during a 40-minute time slot on one of the listed dates. High school staff will be contacting parents to set up times in early February. So we are able to guarantee students' success in career and academic planning, we are looking for 100% attendance.

*Please note that registration night will be replacing our regularly scheduled conferences on February 27th and March 2nd.

Please contact the high school office with any questions.
